In this presentation I gave an overview of my findings from my Honours thesis, focusing on the descriptive facts and presenting a generalised account of the phenomenon in question. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the topic many details had to be omitted. The actual thesis covers a lot more ground and in much more detail.
